Madill Ninth Grade Basketball Teams Defeat Marietta Jan. 12

The ninth grade girls and boys basketball teams defeated Marietta on Thursday night. The ninth grade Lady ‘Cats won, 37-24. Madill’s sixth grade boys and eighth grade boys also collected victories over Marietta Thursday. The sixth grade girls, the seventh grade boys,  the eighth grade girls and seventh grade girls suffered losses to Marietta.

Basketball ‘Cats Fall to County Foe Kingston Tuesday Night

The Madill varsity basketball teams fell to Marshall County foe Kingston Tuesday (Jan. 10) inside the Wildcat Fieldhouse. The girls lost 51-27 and the boys dropped their contest, 65-47. Madill Junior High Basketball Games Canceled for Jan. 9

There will be no Madill junior high  (grades 6,7,8,9) basketball games on Monday  (Jan. 9) against Lone Grove because the Lone Grove Basketball Invitational tournament has been pushed back because of inclement weather.

‘Cats Corralled on Comanche Court Tuesday

The Wildcats’ varsity basketball teams closed the first semester on the court Tuesday (Dec. 20) night with losses at Comanche. The boys lost 55-36 and the girls dropped their contest, 74-30. Score by quarters: Madill girls    0     14    4    12 Comanche    29    21    16   8 Madill

Pirates Pilfer Wins from ‘Cats Tuesday Night on Basketball Court

The Madill Wildcats’ basketball teams found the going tough against Byng on the basketball floor Tuesday night inside the Wildcat Fieldhouse. The Lady Wildcats lost 59-35 to the Lady Pirates. The ‘Cats were defeated 61-38 by the Byng club. Score by Quarters: Madill boys       9     8    9    12
